I found out quite a while ago that I yes me hand to make a traditional food from our family. I'm going to tell you how to make it so that is a bonus!
Six chicken drumsticks (optional) (cut the meat off) or you could grab any meat yourself which needs to my 800g.
One table spoon of curry powder, (Meat Curry powder).
Two pieces of Golden Curry sauce mix.
Two full potatoes, then sliced in to cubes. With one table spoon of brown sugar.
One onion, sliced. With one table spoon of soy sauce.
A splash of milk.
One table spoon of salt.
2-3 carrots (optional)

1. Cook potatoes in a wok. Add carrots.
2. Add chicken. Fry.
3. Add one glass of water.
4. Add Curry sauce mix, brown sugar, soy sauce.
5. Cover and cook for ten minutes.
6. Add onion when boiling for ten minutes.
7. Cook onion for five minutes.
8. Add a splash of milk.
9. Cook for three minutes.
10. Add cornflower to thicken if needed.
Feel free to make it yourself, add spices etc) and make however you want.

I think you did quite well with you instructions. Do you think you could add some subheadings? Ingredients, steps, that kind of thing.. makes it a little easier to follow
